When Lisa contacted me about her sweet little two month old Kyle, I was definitely excited. I love working with babies. But I get all twitter-pated inside when I get the opportunity to really document LIFE. You see, Lisa asked me about something more than just one set of portraits, and instead asked me about documenting Kyle’s entire first year. Umm, yes PLEASE! The amount of change that takes place during a baby’s first year is utterly astounding. Having the opportunity to capture that is truly a privilege.

So when I first got to their home in Ventura, and laid eyes on sweet little Kyle, I was completely smitten. Born in the latter half of January, at 8 lbs 7 oz, blond haired and blue eyed… oh yes, this was definitely ringing some bells for me. As Lisa got Kyle into his cute little outfit and picked him up for me to meet him, he looked right at me and gave me a flirty little gummy grin. I’M HOOKED. I’m most definitely looking forward to spending more time in the coming year with this little man!

I’m not the only one who’s hooked.

GAHHH!! I could just eat him up.Can’t wait to see him again next month!
